Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Freight Operations & Customer Service Executive (Remote) to support daily logistics operations, handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries and maintain clear communication with customers and logistics partners.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain; English and Mandarin fluency; strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in shipment coordination, tracking, and customer support is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments, deliveries, and logistics services.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Assist in resolving shipment delays, delivery issues, and customer concerns.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, shipment records, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient freight operations.
