Lewis Personnel Management in Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking logistics professional to support its freight and shipment operations. This role offers remote work with 1 RTO monthly and requires collaboration with international partners to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle customer requests, coordinate with freight agents, monitor shipments, assist with billing, and maintain records. 2–3 years in logistics is preferred; a diploma or degree in Business/Logistics is beneficial, and

Competenze

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• 2–3 years of relevant logistics or customer service experience.
• Experience with shipment coordination, tracking, or international logistics is a plus.
• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Logistics is beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Handle customer requests and provide quotations based on shipment requirements.
• Coordinate shipment activities with freight agents, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and customer account registration.
• Maintain shipment records and operational documentation.
• Support regional operations and HQ to ensure efficient service delivery.
