Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in HR.
• Experience in recruitment, employee administration and HR documentation is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files and HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documents.
• Monitor attendance, leave records and related HR matters.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labour laws and company requirements.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support.
