Cognizant is seeking a Process Executive - Content Moderator (Legal Content Removal) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires Thai and English language proficiency and involves reviewing content to ensure compliance with copyright policy and DMCA guidelines.

The candidate will handle legal complaints, coordinate with clients, and maintain high quality with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.

Responsabilidades

• To work on various queues and complete the assigned tickets on a daily basis within the TAT.
• Understanding Client's Internal Copyright Policies and Process.
• Raise bugs as applicable through the ticket life cycle.
• Carefully assess, review and evaluate the legal complaints to decide whether blocking/removal is needed under copyright laws.
• Ensure due-diligence and compliance for takedown notices, counter-notices, and circumvention processes.
• Investigate copyright removal requests to determine applicability of DMCA.
• Distinguish and process counter-notices as needed. Validate copyright content for restoration decisions.
• Share information with copyright owners, reporting bodies, business partners and legal professionals.
