Hytech Malaysia is seeking a customer service professional to join our on-site team. The role requires on-site work with 24/7 shift coverage, and a bachelor's degree in business or related field.

You will provide front-line support via live chat, phone and email, handling queries, resolving issues, and recording customer data to keep systems up to date. Ideal candidates are honest, meticulous, and responsible, with prior customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
• Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
• Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
• Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
• Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notice
