Job summary

Tribe Business Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites dedicated Customer Service Executives to join our on-site team. You will assist Singapore customers in a professional contact centre, using English and Bahasa Malaysia to resolve inquiries and issues.

We seek at least 2 years in customer service within BPO or service industries, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment, on-site at Menara MCA, Kuala Lumpur, Monday to Friday, 9:00

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Confident communicating with and supporting Singapore customers.
Able to work in a KPI-driven customer service environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries professionally through assigned communication channels.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on established procedures.
Assist customers with service-related enquiries, requests, and issues.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
Coordinate with internal teams when additional assistance is required.
Meet established service quality, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience throughout every interaction.
