Job summary

Talent Recruit in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Financial Services client based at KL Sentral. You will handle inquiries by phone, chat, and email, and guide clients through account setup and platform access.

The role requires bilingual Mandarin and English, a diploma or degree, and at least two years in financial/trading customer service. Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with salary up to RM5,000.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with best-in-class service on phone, chats, and email.
• Promote company products and services to drive deposits and relationships.
• Assist clients to open trading accounts and navigate online platforms.
• Address inquiries related to deposits, withdrawals, and account status.
• Conduct KYC and contribute to client retention while identifying upsell opportunities.
