Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Diploma/Degree in business or relevant studies preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore business landscape preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

• Provide best-in-class service experience to customers through effective handling of inquiries and feedback.
• Qualify leads or provide direct product recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer data in CRM systems.
• Support system upgrades, product launches, or Business Continuity planning as needed.
• Achieve and exceed service quality targets and SLA commitments.
• Assist with reporting tasks relevant to customer service.
