Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Fluent English and Japanese required.
• Experience in managed cloud services and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority during pre-sales engagements, supporting design, sizing and cost estimates.
• Configure, install, test, and document cloud infrastructure per approved designs.
• Identify, log, and escalate incidents; apply ITIL priorities and SLAs.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; collaborate with vendors and clients.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project delivery and continuous improvement.
