Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) in Malaysia to deliver exceptional client support. You will proactively resolve incidents, ensure infrastructure readiness, and contribute to service quality across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications.

You will mentor junior engineers, document knowledge, and collaborate with vendors to optimize outcomes while aligning with client requirements and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
• Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
• Effective planning skills, even in changing circumstances.
• Positive outlook and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Pre-emptive service incident resolution and operational improvements.
• Manage high-complexity tickets and perform advanced tasks across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications.
• Mentor junior team members and coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train juniors.
• Engage with third-party vendors when necessary and keep systems updated.
• Support disaster recovery functions and project delivery.
