You will support AI model training through annotation and customer interactions, helping improve coverage and satisfaction. You will analyze logs, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain the knowledge base for chatbots and the customer service center. Formación

• Diploma and above in any field, SPM graduates welcome.
• Minimum 6 months in call center customer service / AI / chatbot training preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Malay (written, verbal, listening).

Responsabilidades

• Support AI model training through annotation and customer interaction insights.
• Analyze logs and user feedback to improve coverage and resolution rates.
• Recommend and monitor KPIs for customer service processes and AI-powered products.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights based on analysis.
• Review, update and maintain the knowledge base for chatbots and the customer service center.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
