Job summary

CTC Global in Malaysia invites applications for a Tender/Proposals Specialist responsible for preparing compliant IT infrastructure proposals and leading end-to-end bid processes.

Ideal candidate holds a degree in Information Technology with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Possess knowledge in IT infrastructure covering Desktop, Network, Server, Storage, Security and IT Services with ITIL.
• Strong in proposal writing.
• Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proactive with good time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals that meet customer requirements and comply with tender specifications.
• Submit proposals in a timely manner to satisfy internal reviews and customer needs.
• Lead and drive tenders/ RFP submissions for IT infrastructure solutions and IT Services to clients.
• Coordinate the bid team to meet objectives and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation for compliance, including company profiles, project references, and CVs for tender submissions.
• Manage the bid process end to end.
• Monthly update and consolidation of tender statistics by the Bid Manager.
• Print and compile final proposal documents for submission.

• Responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposals which meet the requirements of the customers and compliance to tender specifications
• Prepares the proposals in a timely manner to comply with internal review requirements and customer requirements
• To lead, follow‑up and be responsible for tenders / Request For Proposal submissions to clients, which involve IT infrastructure solutions (Data Center, Desktop, Systems, Storage, Network, Security etc) and IT Services)
• To lead and drive the tender team towards meeting objectives and escalates to relevant parties when necessary
• Ensures precise and accurate documentation & information for compliance, including company information / profiles, project references, letter of authorisations, CVs for tender submissions
• To lead the bid process end to end
• Monthly update and consolidation of tender statistics of all tenders assigned by Bid Manager
• Printing and compiling of final proposal documents for submission

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant experience

Possess knowledge in IT infrastructure which covers Desktop, Network, Server, Storage, Security and with IT Services methodology like ITIL

Strong in proposal writing

Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Good oral and written communication skills

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Proactive with good time management and the ability to multi-task
