Job summary

Achieve Tech Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a proactive business development professional to identify and pursue tender opportunities and to build strategic relationships with customers, partners and suppliers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare compliant tender submissions and manage the tender pipeline from inquiry to award.

Responsibilities include reviewing tender requirements, obtaining quotations, preparing proposals and ensuring timely, complete submissions.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor and identify tender, RFP, RFQ, and quotation opportunities.
• Review tender requirements, scope, specifications, and commercial conditions.
• Coordinate tender preparation with technical, finance, procurement, and management teams.
• Obtain quotations, BOM, technical documents, and supporting letters from partners and suppliers.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, tender documents, and commercial submissions.
• Ensure all tender submissions are complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Attend customer meetings, tender briefings, presentations, and clarification sessions.
• Maintain business development and tender pipeline reports.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and tenders until award or closure.
• Support project handover to the implementation team after successful award.
