• Quantity Take-Offs & Technical Review: Evaluate drawings and engineering measurements to ensure flawless consistency before tender floating.
• Contract Administration Support: Facilitate post-tender clarifications, manage contract commencement workflows, track variations, and close-out documentation.
• Risk & Compliance: Maintain stringent document control, ensure adherence to corporate governance policies, and identify potential commercial risks for escalation.
• Adaptability: Ability to immediately adapt into the current ongoing pre-contract workflows.
• Core tender preparation duties, cost estimation, and procurement.

The Engineering & Facilities Division (EFD) is seeking a meticulous and driven professional to manage critical pre-contract activities and support the strategic procurement pipeline. This role is central to ensuring operational efficiency, governance, and precision across large-scale commercial and technical portfolios.

Primary Objective:

Responsible for supporting the preparation of comprehensive tender packages and driving pre-contract governance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal Business Owners to deliver accurate, complete, and business-aligned commercial documentation.
