Job summary

We are seeking for a Presales Solution Analyst to act as a core engine driving our technical bidding operations. Operating as a critical force multiplier, this role directly supports Senior Presales Architects in translating enterprise requirements into viable, secure architectures. You will be responsible for drafting accurate proposals, coordinating with delivery teams, and managing the operational lifecycle of complex technical tenders, compliance matrices, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Own the administrative and operational elements of technical bids, including systematically completing compliance checklists, mapping customer requirements directly to technical features, tracking critical bid milestones, and maintaining the team's shared solution repository

Assist the Senior Architect in drafting baseline technical narratives for custom software development proposals, detailing elements such as software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, middleware configurations, and microservices logic

Collaborate directly with engineering and delivery teams to gather development effort sizing estimates, compile preliminary Bills of Materials (BoM), and sketch high-level design architecture diagrams under the guidance of senior architect

Support client-facing discovery workshops by taking detailed technical notes, documenting unique environment constraints, and consolidating engineering assumptions for internal vetting

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, technical analysis, systems integration, real project delivery and implementation experience

Robust foundational understanding of full-cycle software architecture, design patterns, application modernization strategies, containerization, and enterprise data flows

Good practical knowledge of how enterprise applications interact with secure private cloud or traditional on-premises infrastructure environments (including servers, hypervisors, and standard enterprise networks)

Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of managing technical proposal documentation, responding systematically to RFPs/tenders, and navigating tight compliance structures

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to transform raw engineering/developer inputs into polished, professional, and structured technical text for executive-level bid submissions and complete technical proposal
