Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Sales Support professional in Selangor to handle customer enquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate with brand principals for pricing on tenders.

You will provide technical support, deliver product training to internal teams and customers, run product demos, and manage post‑sales activities, ensuring timely responses and accurate funnel reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ working experience in networking or server storage products.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations within specified timeframes.
• Liaise with Brand Principals for pricing related to tenders or projects.
• Update funnel reports and job sheets regularly.
