Job summary

Limcoo Enterprise is seeking an experienced shift supervisor for our beverage/outlet in Malaysia. You will lead a small team, ensure consistent drink quality, and manage daily operations, including schedules and cashier duties.

You will train staff on hygiene, beverage prep and customer service while handling inventory and cash reports. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; food safety certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in F&B with supervisory experience.
• Experience in bubble/milk tea or beverage outlets is an advantage.
• Must communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to work hands-on and shifts including weekends/public holidays.
• Food Handler Training Certificate and valid typhoid vaccination required before handling food.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Lead and supervise team to ensure service efficiency and beverage quality.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Train staff on beverage prep, service, hygiene and procedures.
• Assist with drink prep, order-taking, cashier duties and cleaning.
• Monitor sales and drive achievement of targets and KPIs.
• Manage stock ordering, receiving and inventory to prevent shortages.
• Ensure correct storage and expiry date monitoring.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Check daily sales and cash reports, report discrepancies.
