Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking an Analyst for Employee Benefits billing to support New Business, Renewal, and Policy Change processes. The role involves processing billing tasks, analyzing client advice and member listings, and performing data mapping as needed.

You will ensure timely processing with accuracy and maintain documentation and workflow updates. Minimum qualification is a Diploma or STPM with at least 2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Diploma or STPM in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Competent in general administrative duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good knowledge of Group Insurance is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process New Business/Renewal Business/Policy Change billing within turnaround times and low error rates.
• Analyze and understand client’s advice and member listings.
• Perform data mapping when required.
• Follow up on outstanding/incomplete information from clients/intermediaries.
• Perform non-medical underwriting (BMI and SA) and identify members and download names for deferment advice.
• Update tracking/workflow system timely.
