Job summary

DACHIN is expanding its Malaysia operations and seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth with retailers and distributors in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify new customers, secure repeat orders, manage product placement, and coordinate fulfillment and payments.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin a plus. The role involves regular field visits to build relationships and expand our distribution network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant offline sales or channel sales experience in Malaysia.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia sufficient for day-to-day communication; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in office software, quotation preparation and customer tracking is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and visit target retailers, buyers, store owners and distributors.
• Secure first orders and product listings; present products and arrange samples and quotations.
• Coordinate delivery, order fulfillment and payment follow-up with internal teams.
• Maintain customer records and share market feedback to improve sales execution.
• Drive replenishment, repeat orders and wider distribution within each account.
• Follow pricing policies and trading conditions; escalate special requests as needed.
