Job summary

Dachin Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Generalist to drive workforce productivity and align HR strategies with business expansion in Malaysia. You will partner with country leaders to optimize sales team performance and build organizational capability for a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The role demands solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, strong stakeholder management, and English plus Bahasa Melayu fluency.

Qualifications

2-3 years progressive HR experience.
At least 1 year in an HR Generalist role within E-Commerce/Retail/fast-paced Commercial environments.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Strong stakeholder management and persuasive communication skills.
Solid knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws and Employment Act regulations.

Responsibilities

Partner with Country Heads, E-Commerce Managers, and Brand/Sales Leads to translate priorities into HR/workforce strategies.
Analyze team structure and productivity to identify bottlenecks and drive growth.
Lead end-to-end performance management (KPIs/OKRs and incentive frameworks) for sales-driven teams.
Establish metrics to measure live stream hosts, campaign teams, and overall efficiency.
Drive high-performance culture and optimize compensation-to-performance alignment.
Conduct workforce capacity planning aligned with revenue projections.
Design upskilling/reskilling programs and leadership onboarding.
Maintain employee engagement and retention in a high-tempo e-commerce environment.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labor Laws and manage employee relations.
