BATERIKU (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive battery product sales, build lasting customer relationships, and coordinate quotations and deliveries. You will provide technical guidance, manage follow-ups, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction across the region.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales (preferably automotive), strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Travel and independent work are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Able to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers including retailers, distributors, workshops, fleet operators, and end users.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
• Generate leads through cold calls, visits, referrals, and digital channels.
• Present and explain battery products, specifications, warranties, and pricing.
• Provide technical guidance on battery selection, installation, and maintenance.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and prepare quotations and invoices.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, warranty claims, and service requests.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
