Job summary

ENERGYHUB (M) SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge technical sales with customer value. You will build pipelines, visit sites, and propose battery/charger solutions while cultivating long-term partnerships.

The role requires 2–3 years in technical sales, a related degree, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia. Travel is expected as you engage clients and demonstrate products to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or account management role within a technical or engineering environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in B2B or industrial product sales.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer operations, fleet requirements and needs.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and sales techniques.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts to ensure retention.
• Recommend battery and charger solutions based on application and equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and account updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations and orders.
