Tenpower Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a results-driven sales professional to carry out sales planning and representation across assigned industries and accounts in Malaysia.

You will drive sales and business development for lithium-ion battery products, formulate customer and sales strategies, develop pricing for quotations, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and secure new business.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales planning and representation for Tenpower within your assigned industry and accounts
• Sales and business development for lithium-ion battery products customers
• Formulate and present customer & sales strategies and product presentations
• Develop commercial and pricing strategies for quotations with commercial solid negotiation skills to secure new business
• Customers visit and develop, understand the real needs of customers, and introduce the company's products into the customer supply chain according to customer needs
• Actively and aggressively pursue new business and meet all sales KPI’s
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and problem resolution meetings
