Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Bar Manager to run the outlet in alignment with Hyatt's luxury standards. You will oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high-quality beverage offerings while driving financial performance.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cost management, and leading a skilled bar team, with strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines to uphold brand promise.

Qualifications

• Work permit restrictions limit this role to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents.
• Ideally a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in hotels or luxury restaurants is preferred.
• Strong understanding of bar operations, beverage preparation, and inventory management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong organisational and time management abilities; ability to work under pressure.
