The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring it is managed efficiently in accordance with the established concept and service standards. This role requires delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, while leading the team to create exceptional dining experiences and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
