Job summary

GienTech is seeking a Test Engineer specializing in performance testing to strengthen our SQA capabilities in the BFSI domain. You will design and maintain automated frameworks for end-to-end functional regression testing and support non-functional testing activities.

The ideal candidate has 1-5 years in SQA within BFSI, with 1-3 years in automated framework design, a computer science degree, and strong English communication skills. Knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and DLLs is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 1-5 years of SQA in BFSI with 1-3 years in automated framework design and maintenance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; preferably certified in software test automation.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain full-stack automated frameworks to support functional regression testing.
• Support non-functional test types including load, performance, failover and recovery testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and test design teams to establish test coverage and automation readiness.
• Assist test team leader with effort estimation for automation activities and contribute to Testing Centre of Excellence initiatives.
