Job summary

Gientech is seeking a Test Engineer specializing in SQA services for the BFSI domain. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to support end-to-end functional regression and non-functional testing cycles.

You will manage automated frameworks, design and maintain full-stack tests, collaborate with Developers, BAs, and System Owners, and contribute to test data automation and Testing Centre-of-Excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least five years of SQA experience in BFSI
• Minimum 3 years in non-functional testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Certified in software test automation or automation tools
• Familiar with SDLC: Waterfall, Agile, DevOps
• Fluent in English language

Responsibilities

• Manage automated frameworks for functional regression testing and non-functional test types
• Design, implement and maintain full-stack frameworks with high reusability
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts or System Owners on workflows and configurations
• Work with test design team for domain knowledge transfer and test-case selection
• Support automating the test data preparation
• Support test managers on change requests and reporting
• Contribute to Testing Centre-of-Excellence initiatives
