Job summary

GienTech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Test Engineer specializing in SQA for BFSI domains.

You will lead automated regression and non-functional testing, building and maintaining end-to-end testing frameworks and collaborating with Developers, Business Analysts, and System Owners to align workflows. The role requires 5+ years in SQA in BFSI, 3+ years in non-functional testing, a CS degree, and certification in test automation.

Qualifications

At least five years of work experience providing SQA in BFSI.
Minimum three years in non-functional testing.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Certified in software test automation or automation tools.

Responsibilities

Manage automated frameworks in support of functional regression testing and non-functional test types, including load and performance testing.
Design, implement and maintain full-stack frameworks using script or model-based approaches for high reusability.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and System Owners to clarify workflows and dependencies.
Work with test design team to select test cases and baseline the automated functional regression suite.
Support automating test data preparation.
Assist test and service delivery managers with change requests, sign-offs, escalations, and reporting.
Review RFQ/Proposal input for test automation activities and contribute to continuous improvement.
