Job summary

GienTech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Software Test Manager to lead quality assurance across BFSI projects, covering functional and non-functional testing, test strategy, and end-to-end cycles.

• Minimum 10 years in software quality assurance within BFSI.
• At least 5 years in leading a test team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; certifications preferred (PMP/ISTQB/CSTM).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software testing engagements (Functional, Non-Functional, Automation).
• Establish test scope, strategies and coverage.
• Coordinate with Test Project Manager, Business Analyst and DevOps leaders.
• Lead, mentor and train test team members; ensure traceability and robust test design.
• Report observations, triage defects and follow up to closure.
• Provide guidance on automation and non-functional testing frameworks.
