Hong Leong Bank is hiring for an Executive - Business Channels in Shah Alam. The role focuses on delivering high levels of customer service for walk-in customers, driving cross-sell opportunities, and supporting branch operations and digital initiatives.

The incumbent will handle transactions, maintain service standards, and participate in frontline duties with rotatable responsibilities across Sales, Operations and SME/CCM front desks. Degree/diploma required.

• Perform meet-and-greet and frontline support on a rotational basis.
• Assist in branch outreach and support SST activities as needed.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and maintain accurate records.
