Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an Executive for Business Channels (Operations - Customer Service) to engage walk-in customers, process transactions, and drive cross-sell opportunities. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, meeting sales targets, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across branch operations.

The successful candidate will handle cash, maintain customer confidentiality, and collaborate with the branch team to ensure seamless service and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Related working experience in a financial institution or related field.
• Possess customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT and Mystery Shopping results.
• Carry targets for CASA and FD growth, account opening, and cross selling of banking products.
• Learn and use iPads or other devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator role on a rotational basis; assist in service/sales interactions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and branch operations to maintain staffing levels.
• Represent the bank in community relationships and support branch manager objectives.
