Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Executive to engage with walk-in customers for transaction processing and then discuss needs to cross-sell Bank products. You will be the first point of contact to recommend services and ensure high levels of customer service and seamless transactions.

Responsibilities span Sales & Service, Operations, and Other Duties: deliver superior service, achieve product targets (CASA, FD, cards), process deposits and remittances

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Malaysian citizenship required.
• Experience in financial institutions or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing or sales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to walk-in customers and drive CSAT and mystery shopping results.
• Meet sales targets for CASA, FD, cross-sell Credit Cards and other products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other branch transactions accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance; attend trainings.
