Job summary

Manpower Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Call Centre Agent in Kuala Lumpur to provide personalized phone support, determine customer requirements, answer inquiries, resolve problems and fulfill requests. The ideal candidate has a Diploma with 2+ years' experience, is willing to rotate shifts including weekends/holidays, and can communicate in English.

Prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years' experience required.
• Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in Call Centre/Banking/Customer Service advantageous.
• Positive CAN-DO attitude and quality service.
• Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written English).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate answers and solutions to customers.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Educate customers about the Bank’s products and self-help resources.
• Enter customer data accurately into relevant systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Proactively gather feedback to improve customer experience.
• Display professionalism in every customer interaction.
• Follow call centre guidelines for required follow-ups.
