Job summary

The role requires a recognized Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience (SPM/STPM or equivalent with 5+ years may be considered). Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred; willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public

Qualifications

• At least a recognized Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience.
• SPM/STPM or equivalent with at least 5 years of work experience may be considered.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays to support 24x7 Call Centre operations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 24-hour one-stop customer service.
• Provide prompt, accurate answers and solutions to customers.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Educate customers about the Bank's products and services.
• Enter customer data into relevant systems accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in every interaction.
• Proactively request and act on customer feedback to improve the experience.
