AmBank Group in Malaysia seeks a proactive bancassurance sales professional to drive life insurance product sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, meet sales targets, and support cross-selling opportunities in a compliant manner.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher and has at least two years of sales experience in financial institutions, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Competenze

• Diploma or higher (Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, etc.) is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in financial institutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Delivers sales targets for bancassurance products.
• Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.
• Builds and maintains business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Attends customers' enquiries on branch products and services and feedback.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

At least 2 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions

A person who enjoys meeting people and loves engaging in conversations

Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently

Willing to go the extra mile to achieve personal goals and aspirations

Candidate with PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE would be an added advantage.
