Job summary

Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a production supervisor to oversee food production processes in our Malaysian facility.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in food production or manufacturing, and you will lead a production team to ensure efficiency, safety and quality. You will develop and implement production schedules, monitor inventory, and coordinate with procurement and sales to meet demand while minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a food production or manufacturing role.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a production team.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the food production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and minimize waste.
• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and sales teams.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain operational flow.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
