Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery production and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee full bread-making process, including dough preparation, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and consistency.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with company SOPs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to achieve production goals.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with new product development and process improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
