Job summary

Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of food production, ensure quality and efficiency, and lead a manufacturing team.

You will develop schedules, supervise staff, monitor inventory, enforce safety and hygiene standards, analyze data for improvements, and collaborate with procurement and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a food production or manufacturing role.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a production team.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and sales teams.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain operational flow.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
