Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily production and lead a fast-paced team of bakers. The role requires Mandarin communication to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and a strong passion for artisan baking and food quality.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
• 3-5 years of baking experience in bakery production or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery production and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the full bread-making process, including dough preparation, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and consistency.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with company SOPs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to achieve production goals.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with new product development and process improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
