Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a bakery supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to oversee daily bakery operations and the bread-making process from dough to decorating. The role requires leadership to manage a team and maintain high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of baking experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for artisan bakery and food quality.

• Mandarin communication to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
• 3-5 years of baking experience in bakery production or a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery production and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the full bread-making process, including dough preparation, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and consistency.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with company SOPs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to achieve production goals.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with new product development and process improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
