Responsibilities

• Review and update bakery quality control working instructions.
• Manage raw material procurement and stock for the bakery lab.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop new recipes.
• Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and environments.
• Represent the business during customer audits and showroom exhibitions.
• Support and train customers on product use and application.
