Job summary

Puratos Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an Application Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will deliver efficient, creative and competitive solutions for key accounts in collaboration with R&D and Technical teams.

You will focus on technical support, application development for (semi) industrial production lines, and building customer relationships in the baking industry.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food technology/Science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in the baking industry.
• Expert in industrial processing (equipment, procedures & settings).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving and technical sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Implement application development for (semi) industrial production lines.
• Develop industry approaches for customers with semi/large scale production.
• Collaborate with R&D and Technical team to deliver competitive solutions.
