DONQ Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced baker to oversee the bread production process in our Kuala Lumpur bakery. You will uphold product quality at every step, ensure a clean kitchen and equipment, and provide strong support to our Sales team for smooth store operations.
Weekend availability and a commitment to high hygiene standards are essential. Salary will be commensurate with skill level, with 6-day weeks and one day off, including public holidays.
-Prepare and complete process of bread production
-Make effort to keep good quality of product art every production step
-Ensure that kitchen and bakery equipment to be clean all time
-Provide good support to Sales staff for smooth store operation
Job Requirements:
-5-6 days work per week, with minimally 1 day off a week and a total of 6 days off per month (Public holidays are added on top)
-8 hours work per day, 1-hour break time
45 hours per week (8 working hours x 5 days + 5 working hours with no break x 1)
-Able to work on weekends
-Hygiene certificate would be an advantage
-Experienced as baker for 3 years or more are highly welcome, salary increment based upon skill level
