Job summary

R E & S Enterprises (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a bakery assistant to prepare and bake a variety of Japanese breads, including shokupan, anpan, and melon pan, from dough preparation through to final baking, ensuring consistency in texture and presentation.

You will follow standardized recipes, operate ovens and mixers, maintain strict hygiene, support daily production planning, assist with stock control, and contribute to a positive team environment through good teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking or strong interest in bread making.
• Willingness to learn Japanese-style baking techniques.
• Able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
