Job summary

DONQ Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced baker to oversee the bread production process in our Kuala Lumpur bakery. You will uphold product quality at every step, ensure a clean kitchen and equipment, and provide strong support to our Sales team for smooth store operations.

Weekend availability and a commitment to high hygiene standards are essential. Salary will be commensurate with skill level, with 6-day weeks and one day off, including public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bakery experience.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Hygiene certification is a plus.
• Able to work 8 hours daily, 6 days per week.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete bread production process.
• Maintain high quality at every production step.
• Keep kitchen and bakery equipment clean at all times.
• Support Sales staff for smooth store operations.
