GIRAFFE COFFEE SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Artisan Baker (Breads & Pastries) to craft premium French breads and pastries, including croissants, sourdough, and focaccia.

You will ensure quality, manage bakery operations and equipment, and uphold food safety standards, with rotation shifts and the Cheras Permaisuri location.

Candidates with French bakery experience and English/Bahasa Malaysia proficiency are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a French bakery or bakery café.
• Strong hands-on expertise in artisan breads and French pastries.
• SPM or equivalent; baking certification is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• A keen eye for detail, consistency and quality.
• Available for rotation shifts; Cheras Permaisuri location.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a French bakery or bakery café environment

Strong hands-on expertise in artisan breads and French pastries

SPM or equivalent; any formal baking certification is a plus

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

A keen eye for detail, consistency and quality

Available for rotation shifts

Able to work at Cheras Permaisuri
