Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a results-driven B2B project sales professional to drive market expansion from our new Penang showroom. You will engage architects, contractors and interior designers to specify our smart sanitary fittings and IoT bathroom systems for upcoming commercial and residential developments.

Based in Penang, you will manage end-to-end sales pipelines, present full-suite solutions at client meetings and trade exhibitions, and build a strong network across the Northern region

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B project sales experience in building materials or sanitaryware.
• Proven track record of selling to architects, contractors, and interior designers.
• Existing network and familiarity with construction projects in the Northern region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new project opportunities across commercial, hospitality, and residential developments.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
• Present full-suite smart sanitary fittings and IoT bathroom systems to project decision-makers.
• Prepare project quotations, technical proposals, and manage end-to-end sales pipelines.
• Host client meetings at the showroom and represent the company at key trade exhibitions.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and new developments.
