Qualifications

• Ability to meet sales targets and maximize sale opportunities per call.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for selling products and services.
• Process customer orders and sales; provide/receive information; resolve customer inquiries.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs; use probing to determine customer needs and offer appropriate products.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and procedures.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, professional manner; build rapport.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding and document accounts as required.
• Assist with billing questions by explaining components of customer accounts.
