Job summary

Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Advisor II, B2B Sales (Cloud Sales) to interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and Internet channels.

You will process orders, sell cloud products/services, and provide basic customer support while sourcing new opportunities and driving partner growth. The role emphasizes channel-driven sales, engagement with existing partners, and lifecycle management from prospecting to renewals.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years minimum experience in Cloud/Software Sales or similar roles.
• Diploma or Degree in Business/ Marketing/ IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities via lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
• Drive partner recruitment and growth and promote sales programs for partners.
• Engage with partners and end customers to drive end-to-end sales in the region.
• Support dormant reactivation campaigns and upsell/renewal activities.
• Build and maintain contact databases for relevant segments.
