Job summary

XFS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing & Order Support professional to assist B2B manufacturing customers through quotations, proposals, and product information.

You will coordinate customer communications, onboarding, and business development, maintaining records and ensuring timely order processing across internal departments. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or marketing support, with strong MS Office/ERP skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, marketing support, or order management
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, and delivery workflows
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Customer-oriented with good follow-up discipline

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and sales activities for B2B manufacturing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and product information.
• Coordinate customer communication on product offerings, specifications, and timelines.
• Support new customer onboarding and business development initiatives.
• Maintain customer records, pricing information, and order documentation.
• Customer Order & Delivery Coordination and act as main coordination point between customers and internal departments.
• Oversee order processing from purchase order receipt to delivery completion.
• Coordinate with production planning, QA, and logistics to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor production and delivery schedules and update customers on status.
• Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, and documentation.
• Support resolution of delivery delays, quality issues, and order changes.
• Prepare sales, delivery, and customer performance reports.
